How to set up your RISEOFLE tripod

Step-by-step guide based on the RISEOFLE Z17 instruction manual, rewritten in plain words.

  1. Take out the remote

    Slide the remote out of the handle. Check that the CR2032 coin battery is inserted with the + side facing up.

  2. Pair it with your phone

    Hold the remote button for 3–5 seconds until the blue light flashes, then pick the remote from your phone's Bluetooth list. When the light stops flashing it is ready.

  3. Mount the phone

    Pull the spring clamp open and center the phone in it (2.6–3.6 in / 6.6–9.1 cm wide). For a camera, use the 1/4" screw instead.

  4. Open the tripod

    From the folded position, pull the bottom part of the handle down so the three legs unfold, and stand it on a flat surface. On the ST130, tap the base on the ground and the legs open automatically.

  5. Extend to your height

    Pull the top section up and extend the pole section by section until you reach the height you need – up to 180 cm on the Z17.

  6. Set the angle
